IPCA members are invited to submit up to three items/images of their work to our 2023 Global Exhibit of Members' Work.

There are four categories in which you can submit work:

  • Two Dimensional Work (wall hung art, polymer paintings, etc.)
  • Three Dimensional Work (loose beads, sculpture, dolls, miniatures)
  • Containers (vessels, boxes, bowls, vases)
  • Jewelry and Wearable Art

In addition, you may select keyword tags for your work which will be searchable in the gallery (see list below).

Category Prizes

  • 1st Place: $300
  • 2nd Place: $200
  • 3rd Place: $100
  • One Emerging Artists Prize: $100
    ***Emerging Artists: Started working with polymer clay after January 2020

Important Dates

  • Submissions accepted 1 January 2023 through 15 February 2023
  • Exhibit Opens: 1 March 2023
  • Members’ Choice Voting 1-14 March 2023
  • Members’ Choice Announced 24 March 2023

Eligibility and Fees

  • All IPCA members in good standing are eligible to submit work for the exhibit.
  • There is no fee to submit.

Helpful Hint

  • Put Your Best Foot Forward: To have your photographed work look its professional best, do not mount your entry on patterned fabric, pieces of wood or other visible props that would detract from the workmanship. When photographing, keep the background simple and light-colored.

Submission Information

To access the submission form, members must log in to the site. The link appears on the Member Menu. SUBMISSIONS OPEN: 1 January 2023

  • Up to three (3) items and/or images can be submitted.
    • If you submit three items, you can only submit one image per item.
    • An image that is a collage of multiple images is not permitted.
    • If you submit more than the allowed number of items/images, the exhibit staff will select which items or images will be used for the exhibit.
  • Items must have been made in the past two years.
  • Items may have been exhibited elsewhere.

Each submission must be given a category:

  • Two Dimensional Work (wall hung art, polymer paintings, etc.)
  • Three Dimensional Work (loose beads, sculpture, dolls, miniatures)
  • Containers (vessels, boxes, bowls, vases)
  • Jewelry and Wearable Art

We strongly recommend each entry be given at least one and up to five relevant keywords frjom the following list. If more than five keywords are given, the exhibit staff will select the five most relevant.

Each entry should include the following information. Items in bold are required.

  • Artist's name, contact information, and a brief (200 word) biography.
    • To prevent session timeout, prepare your artist bio and item descriptions in advance so that you can just copy and paste the text into the large text fields.
    • Be concise, informative, and personable in your bio.
  •  Item name, media used, dimensions.
  •  Item description (optional).

Image Upload Information

  • The link to upload your images will be in the registration confirmation email.
  • Upload a maximum of three images total.
  • Collages are not allowed.
  • JPG or JPEG file type.
  • Maximum image dimensions 2000 pixels on any side; minimum dimensions of 1000 pixels on any side.
    • Please size your images accordingly.
    • We want to showcase your work with the highest quality images possible.
    • Images that don't meet requirements will have one opportunity to be replaced.
  • File Name format: 2023_FirstInitialLastName_number of entry.
    •  Example: 2023_JSmith_1.jpg
