Polymer meets Wire

Graphic Chains

Wonderful things happened at Synergy4 this past summer. Bonnie Bishoff presented about her new direction with polymer and metal. It was fascinating. I had seen Bonnie and her partner J.M Syron’s furniture in the Racine Art Museum. To see her smaller work with jewelry and hear about her cold connections with wire was eye opening and inspiring. Later Bonnie and her friend of 30 years (and IPCA Vice President of Education) Kathryn Corbin snuck off to flesh out an extremely rare 2 day workshop, Polymer Meet Wire. It will be held May 19-20, 2018, hosted by the New England Polymer Clay Guild in Franklin, Massachusetts. Details can be found here.
