ORLANDO CLAY FANDANGO 2013
Come clay with us at the 8th annual Orlando Clay Fandango, May 2-6, 2013. It will be held at beautiful Lake Yale, in Leesburg, Florida. Our theme is Safari Adventure! You have the choice of two great options.
The first option is the All Inclusive Workshop, 4 days and 5 nights, lodging, meals, and workshops with three instructors. Alice Stroppel will instruct us in building a unique clasp using canes in a pendant construction, and offer other hints to aid us in making a striking sun pendant. Suzanne Ivester will lead us in making two pomanders, with scent packets. Syndee Holt will guide us to incorporate polymer clay on mixed media journals.
The second option is the Retreat Only Experience, where you can clay on your own in a relaxed atmosphere, in great company. You will have the use of the Lake Yale campground. You may attend or give demos. You can learn Kumihimo.
All participants may watch demos by Penni Jo Couch and Linda Hess, back by popular demand. You will be able to attend all Fandango events, including auctions, swaps, and Bottles of Hope contests. Explore the vendors’ shops, and purchase their wares. Venture into the Boutique, if you dare, to buy or sell your own beautiful and exotic treasures.
Truly, the 2013 Fandango will be an adventure for all. For registration forms, Paypal options, or more details and pictures of class projects, visit our website at www.oapcguild.com
