About the Artist

Since the late 90s, Lili has been exploring polymer, along with wood-carving and other media. She is especially interested in the interplay of the natural and artificial, and how one form transitions [or breaks] into another. What makes one thing work at a particular moment? What needs to happen for that moment or meaning to change?
