About the Artist: Lyn Tremblay

Working with many different art mediums throughout her lifelong creative journey, Lyn began seriously experimenting with polymer clay about 12 years ago. Her passion for the medium has evolved from bead-making and jewellery art to the more recent creation of abstract wall art panels. She describes herself as an 'intuitive' artist, finding satisfaction and pleasure in exploring the 'what ifs' during play sessions. "Friends laugh when they watch me work," she says, "as I often tell them I am waiting for the clay to 'speak to me'. I truly believe, much of the time it leads the way and I just let my creative instincts follow." Working from her small studio in London, Ontario, Canada, Lyn has attended many polymer clay retreats over the years enjoying the camaraderie of artists, and benefiting from the knowledge gained through shared experiences. Her own work is shared through Facebook, Instagram and Pinterest and is for sale through local galleries and art shows.
